Three young women – Ruohan, Lily and Zoe – spend their summer vacation together in the city of Guangzhou. While documenting their holiday on their cell phones, they discover that each of them has a superpower. With their new powers, the excited girls set about exploring the great metropolis.

I villaggi cinesi oggi sono abitati esclusivamente da persone giovanissime o anziane. Nel film si intersecano diverse storie: un’anziana, sopravvissuta alla carestia del 1959, ricorda le difficoltà in cui ha vissuto; un’adolescente incinta espone le difficili condizioni lavorative per una multinazionale.
Today, Chinese villages are inhabited exclusively by very young or old people. In the film, different stories intersect: an old woman who survived the famine of 1959 remembers the difficulties she faced and a pregnant teenager speaks about the difficult working conditions in a multinational company.
